Paul Levin's arrival at Venable as partner in the Real Estate Practice in the Baltimore and San Francisco offices was featured in Law360 on July 23, The National Law Review on July 22, and Baltimore CityBizList on July 16, 2019.
Mr. Levin focuses his practice on all aspects of real estate transactions, including purchase and sale, leasing, construction, and land use entitlements. He represents developers, corporations, nonprofit organizations, and cultural and educational institutions across major U.S. markets. He has worked on some of the most iconic projects in the Bay Area over the past decade, specializing in taking projects from early stages in the development process to completion.
