Venable LLP is pleased to announce the Prince William Board of Supervisors approved a rezoning request filed by Wright Partners, LLC to have land rezoned for a modern commercial center on Route 29 near the Fauquier County line.
“It was a long road to arrive at this moment,” said Noah Klein, counsel in Venable's Land Use and Zoning Practice. “This project required significant community engagement and negotiation, but we are incredibly happy to see this project cross the finish line.”
The new commercial site will include a Starbucks, an AutoZone, and two other unannounced commercial locations.
