Adam Dobell
During his tenure serving the Australian Department of Home Affairs, Adam provided guidance on policy issues at the nexus of homeland security, technology, and cybersecurity, including critical infrastructure protection, countering violent extremism, lawful access to encrypted data, and telecommunications security. He also advised senior departmental officials on international strategy as an Executive Officer.
Prior to his service in the Department of Home Affairs, Adam worked for the Department of Immigration and Border Protection as an assistant director for the Pacific and Transnational Issues Branch, managing engagement on national security and border security policy with governments in the Pacific.
Adam has been a featured speaker on the Cybersecurity of Critical Infrastructure at APEC Senior Officials Meetings and at DEFCON.
