Reed Lindsay

Lindsay Reed assists clients with a wide range of government contracts issues, including bid protests, claims, compliance counseling, prime-sub disputes, investigations, and transactions. Lindsay regularly represents clients in bid protests before the Government Accountability Office (GAO), the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and agency tribunals, such as the Federal Aviation Administration’s Office of Dispute Resolution for Acquisition (FAA ODRA). She also handles appeals at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and manages disputes before the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals (ASBCA) and Civilian Board of Contract Appeals (CBCA).

Lindsay earned her J.D. cum laude from the American University, Washington College of Law, where she served on the American University Law Review. Lindsay also interned for the Honorable Reggie B. Walton on the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, the Honorable Zuberi B. Williams on the District Court of Maryland, and in the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Division during law school. She received her undergraduate degree in political science from Louisiana State University.
